The potato plant is a primary horticultural crop that can be used in place of food diversification. The study’s goal is to find the best interaction between rhizobacteria and mycorrhizal on the growth and yield of the potato plant. This study was conducted at the Andalas University, Padang Faculty of Agriculture’s Microbiology and Plant Physiology Laboratories and experimental garden Institute Assessment and Agricultural Technology in Sukarami Solok, from July to December 2018. A 2-factor factorial design with replication and a fully randomized design was employed CRD. The type of rhizobacteria is the first factor: no Rhizobacteria, RZ.1.L2.3, RZ.3.L2.1, RZ.3.L2.2, RZ.1.L2.3, and the second factor is Multispora, Acaulospora, Glomus SP2, and Sclerocystis. Each treatment was replicated three times, consisting of 60 experimental units. The data were analyzed using the STAR application whit a 5% F test, and if significantly different, followed by a 5% HSD test. The outcome demonstrated an interaction between rhizobacteria and mycorrhizal on the fresh weight of the tuber.

The research of application of chicken manure to growth and yield of okra (Abelmoschus esculentus L. Moench) was conducted in the experimental farm at the Faculty of Agriculture Andalas University, Limau Manis Padang, from June to September 2017. The location of the study is at an altitude of ± 256 meters above sea level (as this research aim was to find out the best chicken manure dose for the growth and yield of okra treatments. Treatment was arranged in a completely randomized design with four treatments and four replications. The treatment level is the dose of chicken manure A: 0.0 ton / ha, B: 10 ton / ha, C: 20 ton / ha and D: 30 ton / ha. The data were analyzed using the F test at 5% if of F Calculate > F table then followed by DNMRT test at 5%. The results showed that the application of chicken manure with the dosage of 20 tons/ha had an effect and gave the best result on the number of leaves, the number of branches, the number of fresh pods per plant, the number of fresh pods per plot, the fresh weight of pods per plant, the fresh weight of pods per plant and the fresh weight of pods per hectare.

Anthurium ornamental plants are currently very popular among ornamental plant lovers, both from the charm of the type and color and the high price. Although pests and diseases in anthurium are not very disturbing, if left unchecked it will greatly interfere with the beauty, inhibit growth and be detrimental to collectors and sellers/entrepreneurs of these ornamental plants. The purpose of this study was to determine the types of pests and diseases that attack anthurium plants. This research was carried out in the Sewu Kembang Nglurah Tourism Village, Tawangmangu Regency, Karanganyar Regency, for 30 days from Saturday, September 4 to October 3, 2021. This study used 20 samples of Anthurium plants. The tools used were cellphone cameras and stationery. The variables that will be observed are pests and diseases that attack Anthurium. This research used observation and interview methode, the data obtained were analyzed by qualitative descriptive. The results of this study found several pests and diseases on anthurium plants that caused the plant leaves and flowers to have holes, shriveled, yellowed spots, slimy, and caused stunted growth. The pests found were caterpillars and snails, while the diseases included fungus, chlorisis, leaf rust, anthracnose, curly leaves, and burnt leaves.
