Guidance and Counseling Teacher Conflict Management Skills

Abstract: Schools as organizations must avoid conflict. Conflict is a condition where ideas, thoughts, values and perceptions are not similar. This study describes the skills management conflict between guidance and counselling teachers at a high school. The study is located in madrasah aliyah.
