Abstract: ABSTRACT:Lactobacillus plantarum culture supernatants (LAPS) have antimicrobial, pro-healing and anesthetic properties, so our medical team applied whole cultures and LAPS in chronic wounds with encouraging results. Metabolites responsible for LAPS properties and its action mechanism were previously determined.
