Gynaecological and obstetrical bleeding in women with factor XI deficiency – a systematic review

Abstract: Women with FXI deficiency have a clearly increased risk of HMB, and of bleeding complications after miscarriage, TOP and delivery. No high quality data are available regarding prophylactic treatment.
