H7, a protein kinase C inhibitor, increases the glutathione content of neuroblastoma cells

Abstract: It is shown that the intracellular glutathionc (GSH) concentration of neuroblastoma-h cells in culture increases with 3 maximum at 24 h after starting treatment with I-(S-isoquinolinylsulfonyl)-2-methylpipcrazine (H7), an inhibitor of protein kinase C (PKC).
