Haemorrhagic cholecystitis treated with endovascular embolization

Abstract: Haemorrhagic cholecystitis is a rare complication of acute cholecystitis. Traditionally, treatment has been with emergency cholecystectomy. Endovascular management of haemorrhage allows the patient to be optimized for surgery at a later date.
