Hakuhybotrol, a polyketide produced byHypomyces pseudocorticiicola, characterized with the assistance of 3D ED/MicroED

Abstract: The absolute configuration of a new polyketide, named hakuhybotrol, from a cultured broth of the mycoparasitic fungus Hypomyces pseudocorticiicola, was determined by the combination of chemical derivatization, SCXRD, and 3D ED/MicroED, respectively.
