Halal Friendly standards implementation technology based on Russian hotel complexes

Abstract

The article discusses the structural features of the implementation of measures for the certification of Russian hotel complexes according to the requirements and standards of the Halal Friendly program as a promising direction for the development of the domestic hotel industry.
