Presentamos un caso de hallazgo autópsico incidental de hiperostosis frontal interna o síndrome de Morgagni asociado a meningiomas en una mujer postmenopáusica.Palabras clave: Cráneo. Hiperostosis. Patología forense. Antropología forense. AbstractHyperostosis frontalis interna is the accretion of bone on the inner table of the frontal bone. It is commonly found in post-menopausic women. We present an incidental finding of frontal internal hyperostosis or Morgagni syndrome associated with meningiomas in a post-menopausic woman.
