Abstract: Background To determine the reliability of Delta PP (difference in medial and lateral proximal phalanx wall length) compared with HIA (hallux interphalangeal angle) in the assessment of HVI (hallux valgus interphalangeus) in both preoperative and postoperative radiographs.
