Hämatogenes Kontaktekzem nach intravesikaler Instillation von Mitomycin C

Abstract: Mitomycin C is an alkylating chemotherapeutic agent which is instilled intravesically to prevent recurrence of superficial bladder carcinomas. After several cycles of mitomycin C, our patient developed a pruritic genital dermatitis and palmar desquamation.
