Hardware support for address mapping in PGAS languages

Abstract: The Partitioned Global Address Space (PGAS) programming model strikes a balance between the explicit, localityaware, message-passing model and locality-agnostic, but easy-to-use, shared memory model (e.g. OpenMP).
