Abstract:In this research, we demonstrate the successful synthesis of sequence-defined oligomers employing a novel orthogonal coupling strategy that integrates sulfur fluoride exchange (SuFEx) and iridium(I)-catalyzed alkyne−azide cycloaddition (IrAAC).
