Abstract: Amaç: Bu çalışma ile hastane çalışanlarının çalışma yaşam kalitesi algı düzeyinin ve bu algı düzeyinin demografik özelliklere göre farklılaşıp farklılaşmadığının ortaya konulması amaçlanmıştır.Yöntem: Araştırma, Nisan 2018'de Yalova'da hizmet sunan özel bir hastanede ve bağlı kuruluşlarında gerçekleştirilmiştir.
