Hazard Assessment of Explosion in Suspended Dust of Wood

Abstract: -Accidents of dust explosion has been occurred in various industries as a plastics, pharmaceuticals, timber, grain storage, solid fuels and chemicals. “…이에 본 연구에서는 폭발에 참여하는 에너지의 양을 정 량화하기 위하여 표준대기압력조건에서 1 ㎥의 단위체적 을 기준으로 산소소모열량(Oxygen Consumption Calorie) 이라는 관점에서 분진폭발의 특성을 관찰할 필요성이 있는 것을 확인하고, 연구를 수행하였다 [14][15][16][17][18] . 본 연구를 위하여 목질판상재 제조공정에서의 분진폭발 특성을 실험적으로 규명하기 위하여, 시료분진의 형상, 평균입 도, 입도의 분포, 함유수분 및 화학적 성질 등에 따른 P max , (dP/dt) max , LEL, MIE 등의 분진폭발 특성들을 상세 히 관찰하고 [19][20] , 시료분진의 폭발압력과 산소소모열량 의 상관관계를 조사하였다. 또한 폭발에 소요되는 시료 분진의 농도에 따른 불확실성을 배제하기 위하여 공기 1 ㎥의 단위체적당 시료의 산소소모열량 (이하 '단위체 적당 산소소모열량'이라고 한다)으로 폭발시 소요되는 에너지를 정량화하였으며, 이 결과와 P max 를 통상적으 로 사용되고 있는 TNT(Trinitrotoluene) 당량 폭발모델을 수정한 모델에 적용하여 단위체적당 산소소모열량을 기반으로 한 폭발효율을 구하였다.…”
