Headmasters’ Transformational Leadership and Their Relationship with Teachers’ Job Satisfaction and Teachers’ Commitments

Abstract: This study aimed to determine the level of transformational leadership practices by headmasters in the primary national schools in the district of Temerloh, Malaysia.
