Abstract:Lepidium sativum is one of the therapeutic plants which is broadly cultivated in Asia, Australia, Africa, Northern, Europe, and Southern America, also known as garden cress and halim seed. Garden cress seed contained carbohydrates (35 to 54%), fat (14 to 26%), protein (27%), and fiber (8%).
