Health Capability and Psychological Effects of Regular Exercise on Adults: Middle-Aged and Older

Abstract: This study sought to determine whether there is any difference on participation in regular exercise between middle-aged and older adults and to determine whether the benefits of regular exercise differed between middle-aged and older adults in terms of health capability, mood, or anxiety symptoms and life-satisfaction level.
