Abstract: Alzheimer’s disease (AD) is a neurodegenerative disorder that accounts for 60%–70% of patients with dementia, and it is estimated that over one million Canadians will be living with dementia by 2030. Disease-modifying therapies (DMTs) targeting the underlying pathophysiology of AD are currently in development.
