Healthy Lifestyle, Autonomic Nervous System Activity, and Sleep Status for Healthy Aging

Abstract: With the super-aging society, it is important to pay attention to the quality of life of older people so that they can face healthy aging. Lifestyle, particularly exercise, autonomic nervous system activities, and sleep status are factors that affect the quality of aging.
