Heat Transfer Characteristics of a Solid-Liquid Mixture Rotation Baffle Heat Exchanger

Abstract: In this paper, three-dimensional numerical simulation was performed for a solid-liquid mixture rotation baffle heat exchangers (SLMBH). The vector field, temperature field and stream line inside the solid-liquid static heat exchanger were studied. The influence of Reynolds number, baffle interval and tube radius on the heat transfer was analyzed. The results have been compared with the results that of smooth tube.
