Heat transport in groundwater systems in Japan

Abstract: Japanese groundwater hydrologists have played a leading role in thermal studies of groundwater systems. Pioneering work by Suzuki (1960) led to a method for analyzing temperature profiles to estimate vertical groundwater flux.
