Abstract:Isolated fourth ventricle is a rare complication following shunt insertion of the lateral ventricles for hydrocephalus. The present report describes a rare case of a hemangioblastoma of the medulla oblongata that caused isolated fourth ventricle due to intraventricular deposition of fibrin.
