Hematological and Musculoskeletal Manifestations of Systemic Lupus Erythematosus in A Patient with Chronic Hepatitis C Virus Infection

Abstract: Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) is an autoimmune disease that can present with various clinical manifes- tations, and early diagnosis and treatment are crucial to prevent irreversible organ damage.
