Hematological, Biochemical, and Immunological Laboratory and Histomorphological Effects of Sleeve Gastrectomy on Female Rats

Abstract: Restriction of food intake leads to immunologic and histomorphological changes in rats demonstrated by Moriyama. This study is planned to show how sleeve gastrectomy restricts food intake and its effects on biochemical liver function, immunologic and hematologic laboratory parameters, and histomorphological changes in rats.
