Abstract: ResumenEl cabezal autoestático es un instrumento utilizado habitualmente en las intervenciones neuroquirúrgicas y a pesar de su utilización adecuada, puede ser el causante de algunas complicaciones graves como la perforación craneal y el desarrollo de hemorragias intracraneales.
