Abstract:Histoplasma capsulatum is a ubiquitous dimorphic fungus causing multiple infectious syndromes, ranging from subclinical to severe disseminated disease. We present an unusual case of hematuria due to pedunculated urinary bladder mass in an immunocompetent host.
