Hemodynamic Comparison between modified saddle block and subarachnoid block for Transurethral Resection of Prostate

Abstract: BACKGROUND:   Spinal anesthesia is often the mode of anesthesia in transurethral resection of prostate (TURP) albeit with risk of hypotension.
