Abstract: Purpose of review The purpose of this article is to provide a comprehensive review of hemodynamic monitoring in liver transplantation. Recent findings Radial arterial blood pressure monitoring underestimates the aortic root arterial blood pressure and causes excessive vasopressor and worse outcomes.
