There are, however, several reports on the occurrence of the hemolytic-uremic syndrome (HUS) in patients treated with interferon-α [5, 6, 7, 8, 9]. The two patients described forthwith developed typical TTP following interferon-induced remission of chronic myelogenous leukemia.…”
