Hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis associated to Haemophilus parainfluenzae endocarditis– a case report

Abstract: The syndrome is probably underdiagnosed. To our knowledge, this is the first report of a HLH syndrome associated with H. parainfluenzae endocarditis.
