Abstract:Anti-glomerular basement membrane (GBM) disease or Goodpasture syndrome is a rare disorder characterized by anti-GBM autoantibodies targeting the type 4 collagen of the basement membrane, resulting in rapidly progressive glomerulonephritis with or without alveolar hemorrhage.
