Hemorrhagic Bullous Dermatosis Associated With Low Molecular Weight Heparin: A Case Report

Abstract: Günümüzde düşük molekül ağırlıklı heparinler, pulmoner tromboemboli (PTE) profilaksisi ve tedavisinde sıkça kullanılmaktadır. DMAH ise antitrombin III aktivasyonu ile Faktör-Xa' yı inaktive ederek antikoagülan etkisini gösterir. Başlıca yan etkileri; kanama komplikasyonları, heparin-induced trombositopeni, karaciğer toksisitesi, osteoporoz ve cilt reaksiyonlarıdır.
