Hemorrhagic Renal Cyst, a Case Report

Abstract: History of present illness A 73-year-old male presented with one day of hematuria associated with urinary frequency and acute on chronic abdominal cramping. On exam, he had diffuse abdominal tenderness, which he stated was normal for him. He was afebrile with no costovertebral angle tenderness or any other pertinent findings on physical exam.
