Hemorrhagic transformation after acute ischemic stroke caused by polycythemia vera: Report of two case

Abstract: BACKGROUND Polycythemia vera (PV) is a chronic myeloproliferative disorder characterized by an increase in red blood cells in the peripheral blood.
