Hemşi̇releri̇n Kanita Dayali Hemşi̇reli̇k Uygulamalarina Yöneli̇k Tutumlarinin İncelenmesi̇

Abstract

Günümüzde tüm alanlarda olduğu gibi sağlık alanında da bilgiler hızla yenilenmekte ve gelişmektedir. Bu durum sağlık alanında gelenekselden ziyade kanıta dayalı uygulamalara doğru eğilimi arttırmaktadır. Bu araştırmanın amacı; hemşirelerin kanıta dayalı hemşireliğe yönelik tutumlarını değerlendirmektir. Yöntem: Tanımlayıcı ve kesitsel tipteki bu çalışma, Ekim 2018-Ocak 2019 tarihleri arasında bir devlet hastanesinde çalışan 63 hemşire ile yapılmıştır. Araştırmanın verileri "Hemşire Tanıtım Formu" ve "Kanıta Dayalı Hemşireliğe Yönelik Tutum Ölçeği (KDHYTÖ)" ile toplanmıştır. Verilerin değerlendirilmesinde sayı, yüzde, ortalama ve standart sapma, Mann Whitney U testi ve Kruskal Wallis testi ve korelasyon analizi uygulanmıştır. Bulgular: Araştırmaya katılan hemşirelerin yaş ortalaması 28,48±6,28 yıldır. Hemşirelerin %88,9'u kadın, %90,5'i lisans mezunu ve %54'ü bekardır. Hemşirelerin KDHYTÖ toplam puan ortalamasının 61,46±8,08 olduğu belirlenmiştir. Araştırmaya katılan hemşirelerden kanıta dayalı uygulamalara yönelik eğitim alanların, klinik uygulamalarında kanıta dayalı uygulamaları kullananların ve kanıta dayalı bakım vermenin iş yoğunluğunu olumsuz etkileyebileceği düşüncesine sahip olmayanların KDHYTÖ toplam puanları anlamlı olarak daha yüksek bulunmuştur. Sonuç: Hemşirelerin kanıta dayalı hemşireliğe yönelik tutumları orta düzeyde bulunmuştur. Kanıta dayalı hemşireliğe yönelik eğitim alan ve klinik uygulamalarında kanıta dayalı uygulamaları kullandıklarını belirtenlerin kanıta dayalı hemşireliğe yönelik tutumları daha olumlu çıkmıştır.
