Abstract:Henoch–Schönlein purpura (HSP) is an immunoglobulin A (IgA)‐mediated small‐vessel vasculitis mostly observed in children and rarely in adults. It can affect many organs, mainly the skin, kidneys, joints, and gastrointestinal tract. We report a case of HSP occurring after COVID‐19 vaccine (Pfizer‐BioNTech).
