Abstract:Sum maryHenoch-Schönlein purpura (HSP) is the most common systemic vasculitis of childhood, affecting the small blood vessels. The disease is a clinical syndrome characterized by multiple organ involvement including the skin, joints, gastrointestinal tract, and the kidneys.
