Hepatectomy with simultaneous resection of portal vein for Bismuth IV perihilar cholangiocarcinoma: a case report

Abstract: Background: Surgical resection is the only potential treatment choice for patients with cholangiocarcinoma. Portal vein invasion used to be a primary cause of irresectable tumor.
