Abstract:<i>Fascioliasis hepatica</i> is a rare parasitic infection affecting the hepatobiliary system. On the imaging examination, it presents as multiple hepatic abscesses and bile duct dilatation. Extrahepatic fascioliasis of the gastrointestinal tract is a rare condition, resulting from the duodenal migration of fasciola flukes.
