Abstract: Aim:: Hepatic perivascular epithelioid cell tumors (PEComa) often mimic hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) in patients without cirrhosis. This study aimed to develop a nomogram using imaging characteristics on Gd-EOB-DTPA-enhanced MRI and to distinguish PEComa from HCC in a noncirrhotic liver.
