Hepatitis C Virus RNA-dependent RNA Polymerase (NS5B) as a Mediator of the Antiviral Activity of Ribavirin

Abstract: Ribavirin is administered in combination with interferon-␣ for treatment of hepatitis C virus (HCV) infection.
