Our search of the english literature published up to 2012 found only one such case [5] and one suspected case [6] (Table 1). Regarding the suspected case, despite a diagnosis of HCC with situs inversus totalis and polysplenia syndrome, this case may actually be categorized as situs ambiguous with pS because it was associated with azygos vein continuation of the IVC with absence of the retro-hepatic IVC.…”
