Abstract: Lead (Pb), an environmental hazard, causes severe diseases in the liver, kidney, cardiovascular system, hematopoietic system, reproductive system, and nervous system. Avicularin (AVI), the main dietary flavonoid found in many citrus fruits, exhibited potential protective properties on organs.
