Abstract: This paper will seek to document the life and political and legal writings of H V Evatt. As will, indeed, be shown Evatt certainly was an extraordinary personality with a significant intellect and a prodigious energy. His failings were not so much on an intellectual or academic front, but rather, ones that emanated from his interpersonal relationships with others.
