Abstract: INTRODUCTIONAlzheimer's disease (AD) is a highly heritable disease (60%–80%). Amyloid beta (Aβ) 42/40, neurofilament light chain (NfL), and glial fibrillary acidic protein (GFAP) are plasma biomarkers for AD.
