Besides being able to cause death, it turns out that the COVID-19 pandemic has caused problems in various sectors, including education, health, and Social Life. In addition, the COVID-19 pandemic also has an impact on the field of research, including the field of Artificial Intelligence (AI) which has become an interesting issue in the era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0. Based on Scopus data (search by article title, abstract, and keywords), it shows that there are 381,691 documents. Results of Bibliometric through VOSViewer found some parameters or interrelationships among variables to capture the trend and novelty of researching on AI During COVID-19 Pandemic, such as researching on AI During COVID-19 Pandemic and technology, detection, patient, diagnosis, performance, radiologist, feature, education, and image. Implication research in general evidence, (1) AI researchers have bright career opportunities in the present and the future. This is evident from the condition of the central role of AI in all lines of human life, (2) The trend of AI research is also classified as having a very large contribution to have entered various fields during the COVID-19 pandemic. (3) Including the prevention of COVID-19 transmission with AI, various tools and media have emerged in the medical world that provides many benefits. (4) AI needs more exploration in education field research. In the last five years, AI has made a major contribution advancing the field of education.

Over the last decade, digital applications and Building Information Modelling (BIM) have been introduced in the construction industry to realize a smart construction ecosystem. However, the construction industry has not completely accepted BIM as a standard, and the concept of using BIM applications in universities has not been thoroughly researched. This paper addresses the first scientometric study of BIM education in universities, identifying the state of BIM education practices, skillsets, and the level of BIM education in universities. The paper used scientometric analysis and the VOSviewer mapping technique to assess the most impactful publication sources with the most important impact on BIM education by searching “BIM Education” and using 250 bibliographic data extracted from the Scopus database from 2011-2020 to identify the existing research gaps and research direction. Second, a structured questionnaire was distributed to 343 Year 2 and Year 3 students from two public and two private Malaysian universities that use BIM in their learning. Descriptive data analysis using cross-tabulation in SPSS and relative importance index (RII) were used to analyze the data. The paper revealed two stages of BIM education research; and identified research gaps in the fields of BIM education, architectural education, e-learning, curriculum and information management. The paper also revealed Revit, Cost X and the Glodon Cubicost software as the most used applications, while the common skillsets are design authoring, modelling, and cost estimation. However, both public and private university students mainly design 3D models at BIM Stage 1. The study recommends that institutions and other stakeholders provide continuous BIM training, purchase BIM software, and integrate BIM into the curriculum of Built Environment higher learning institutions for the next generation to be the generation that uses virtual collaborative platforms

The consolidation of BIM work environments and the efficient management of construction information are reaching previously forgotten facets of the buildings' life cycle. Preventive conservation and maintenance, which affect the building operation that accounts for 80% of CO2 emissions, are being subject to an improvement in their procedures based on the digitization of information. These actions are reaching historical buildings where procedures are not only being developed to improve their maintenance, but also in areas such as historical documentation and cultural management. The generation of repositories with documentation of the buildings is making it possible to establish new relationships with society, improving the conservation of buildings and designing actions that avoid future risks. There are different types of maintenance: corrective, preventive and predictive and despite its advantages, the agents in charge of these buildings do not always perform it properly. Furthermore, dysfunctions and lack of coordination are detected as many agents act without having adequate information. To solve these problems, BIM work environments are positioned as a valid alternative since they provide a centralized and updated repository where the information is arranged so that it is available to the different agents when they need it. This information can be historical or technical, including digital models and evaluation of deterioration and intervention processes. The objective of this research is the development of an analysis of the degree of implementation of BIM strategies applied to preventive maintenance in historic buildings and the analysis of the investigations carried out. This work is part of the first results of the research project entitled "Analysis and Development of the integration of BHIM in GIS for the creation of a tourist planning protocol of the cultural heritage of a destination (HBIMSIG-TOURISM)" granted by the Ministry of Research of Spain under the 2020 call for R&D&I Projects oriented to the Challenges of the Society with the reference PID2020-119088RB-I00.
