Herlyn-Werner-Wunderlich syndrome: clinical considerations and management

Abstract: Herlyn-Werner-Wunderlich syndrome (HWWS), defined by the triad of uterus didelphys, obstructed hemivagina and ipsilateral renal agenesis, is a rare Mullerian duct malformation, usually diagnosed after menarche, when symptoms related to haematocolpos arise.
