Abstract:Herlyn-Werner-Wunderlich Syndrome is a very rare congenital malformation of the urogenitaltract involving both the Mullerian and Wolffian ducts characterized by the triad uterine diadelphys,obstructed vagina, and unilateral renal agenesis.
