Hérnias abdominais e inguinais em pacientes cirróticos: qual é a melhor conduta?

Abstract: INTRODUÇÃO: Tradicionalmente os procedimentos abdominais eletivos em pacientes cirróticos têm sido amplamente desencorajados graças à elevada morbi-mortalidade consequente às complicações da cirrose, descritas por diversos autores.
